Kumeu Show Trade Exhibitor Application Form 2018, 10th & 11th March 2018 from 8.00am – 5.00pm daily. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions before completing this form and sign acceptance.

Please complete the trade exhibitor form together with a non-refundable administration payment of $100 (inclusive of GST) paid by direct transfer to 06-0153-0157594-00 using your Company Name as reference. The Admin Fee is due today with your application; the full Site Fee is due by 30th January 2018.

Only Community Groups are exempt from paying this administration fee.

Admin Fee:

A non-refundable administration fee of $100 incl GST applies to all trade exhibitor site bookings and is due today with your application submission. The balance of the Site Fee is due by 30th January 2018. Your Complimentary entry tickets will be sent once payment has been made.

  1. A non-refundable administration fee of $100 incl gst must accompany this application.
  2. Following the processing of your application, acknowledgement receipt will be posted/emailed to you.
  3. You will be invoiced with your confirmation.
  4. All fees must be paid in full to the Kumeu A & H Society and be received no later than 30th January.
